Looks good Brandon. It's clear you've done a lot of training with Neo. 

My only suggestion is that although he has been trained all the way through off leash compliance, it is important to practice these behaviors on leash as well. It may seem silly, or not important, but since the behavior issue is on leash, and we are trying to pattern certain behaviors in preparation for tackling these issues, it makes a difference to practice those patters on leash. 

Even dogs who have been trained off leash, can behave differently once the leash is on. 

I know a lot of this early material is review for you, but just humor me for the sake of the process.
