Are there examples on exactly how to complete each module with your dog?  I understand the concepts, but I don't know how much I should be working the dog, for how long, and what she needs to know before proceeding to the next stage.  For instance, doe she need to have the "yes" marker down pat before we proceed to luring?  How do I know if she does or not?
