Hey gang, I talked with IT...
The say the most common problem is internet connection. However, if you haven't had problems in the past, and are using the same means to upload, this shouldn't be a factor.
They have run diagnostics on their servers and it seams that everything is functioning properly from our end.
I'll will meet with our IT manager, Ryan, again in the morning and draw up an action plan.
Is there any other information you all may have that I can bring to them?
-is uploading consistently slow for you or is it only this time?
-any changes in how you are doing things (different browser, format, etc.)
