Who are Marko & Sarah?

Marko Koskensalo works with his partner, Sarah Prelle, to create online dog training courses, several of which are a must-have for competitive trainers at any skill level. 

For the last 3 decades, Marko has been a world-renowned expert in sport dog training. His expertise has been widely recognized from his seminars held all over the world. With a 2-time World Champion title and numerous national accolades achieved in the past 20 years, Marko is undeniably one of the best IGP/Schutzhund trainers in the world. He is the only person to have podium at all three major world IGP events. He has recently won 1st place at the 2022 AWDF National IGP Championship as well as the 2021 AWMA National Championship.

Marko's unparalleled coaching has helped a number of handlers achieve remarkable results in both national and world-level competitions. 

Sarah Prelle is a world-level competitor. She has won 1st place in the 2019 IGP National Championship in Canada and was Vice Champion at the 2021 AWMA National Championship. Sarah has recently placed 4th at the 2022 AWMA National Championships where her Malinois, Ricky, tied for the highest obedience score.

At seminars and training camps, Sarah has a passion for teaching obedience. She believes in being the best advocate for your dog and using your curiosity to understand your dog's behaviors. Sarah works with her partner, Marko Koskensalo, to create online courses that have become essentials for competitive trainers.
