I think the next thing to do would be try to work more duration, as she is offering the behavior nicely with minimal luring.

I would try to capitalize on what you were doing with feeding her multiple treats while holding the position, to start.  Maybe try and keep the one hand in place while dropping food in it, marking with good before every piece.  If she need to rest her chin against your hand, no problem.

Have a go and see if it works!

Carol, what a beatyful dog!  She gives me the impression, that she is very well focussing on you. Working on duration now, I'm sure, will be quite easy for you. When I had reached the same point with two of my dogs, adding duration more and more was no problem for them, for the third one it still is. But she is near to it.
